If I am quick enough I can click on start server and then quickly change tabs and add the music folder but then server stops and nothing further happens. When I click on the start server button on control panel it seems to start for 10 sec then says server stopped. There is nothing in the log except server starts and no other entries. I have turns off antivirus and firewall but no difference Now I can't get LMS to start server, I have uninstalled many times uninstalling, clearing old folders, running CCleaner to clear old registry entries, and have tried installing 7.7.7.8, and 7.9 with no luck. I decided I would move to 7.9 and see if this fixed my issue of not starting on re-boot.
Until the last few weeks when I started having an issue with LMS not starting on re-boot but everything was fine when I restarted, this was running 7.7 on Windows 10. Recently I moved my music files to a NAS and kept running LMS on my PC pointing to the files on my NAS and everything was fine.
I had been running LMS for years with no issues.
